Prior to joining BCT, Clay was the CTO and a founder of OpenSpirit Corp. ( incorporated in 2000 and later acquired by TIBCO Software). He earned a B.A. degree in Physics and Geology from Amherst College in 1976 and a M.S. degree in Geophysics from Stanford University in 1977 and with over 40 years experience in oil and gas and related software industry, Clay leads BCTs efforts to deliver innovative solutions for oil and gas customers

Dave has worked in the Software business for 20+ years. Graduating from Hardware engineer at Siemens Nixdorf through to Software Architect at IBM, Dave's main industry focus became Oil and Gas back in 2006. He was the principle software group architect for a number of Oil and Gas super majors until joining TIBCO OpenSpirit in 2012

A leading pre-sales and sales person at OpenSpirit and later TIBCO for application integration solutions, Todd brings his 20 plus years of experience to BCT as a Senior Solutions Consultant. His focus is to assist our customers build innovative solutions that solve critical business and operational functions

Matt has been in the Oil and Gas industry since 1996, focusing mainly on subsurface data management and integration applications. His experience spans responsibilities ranging from Oracle DBA, to Quality Assurance Manager, to Consulting and Support for Schlumberger, OpenSpirit Corporation, TIBCO, and now BCT where he combines his technical acumen and soft skills as a Senior Solutions Consultant. Prior to his industry employment, he earned B.S. and M.S. degrees in Geology from TCU.

With over 21 years of experience with leading national and multinational companies related to Oil and Gas industry. Arbaab joined BCT as Senior Solutions Advisor, prior to BCT Arbaab was a Senior Regional Technical Advisor with Halliburton. Arbaab earned B.sc Degree in Physics and Mathematics and an M.sc degree in Geophysics from Quaid-I-Azam University in 1997. His previous employments include Schlumberger, OpenSpirit and TIBCO at different locations around the globe in variety of roles in the field of Data Management, Seismic Interpretation, Application Integration, Platform Technology and Cloud Solutions.

Elias has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and is currently the Upstream O&G Account Manager for the MEA/APAC region. Graduated from Notre Dame University with a B.S. degree in Computer Science followed by extensive additional Geoscience training and 7 years of field experience with Halliburton in various international locations. Also worked as a Consultant with Paradigm for upstream software in the Middle East then moved to presales and sales roles for other international O&G software companies in the region.
